	TATnetwork.com serves two purposes. The first is to function as the advertising service that enables the people who visit member sites to purchase ads or bid to sponsor words and phrases directly on member sites. Webmasters decide which ad products to offer and what to charge for them. TATnetwork.com displays the ads, bills the advertisers, and if referred by an affiliate, credits the affiliates account with their commission. The second function of TATnetwork.com is to provide a robust set of tools for displaying advertisements in the form of affiliate links you've established with various online merchants (like TATnetwork.com for instance). You establish the affiliations, use our comprehensive set of tools for scheduling, displaying, and tracking them, and collect the commission checks from the merchants.

What is the commission structure?
	If signed up under a Free Plan, affiliate members earn 20% commission on paid signups, upgrades, or renewals that they refer, and 5% commission from the paid signups, upgrades, and renewals of their sub-affiliates. Free Plan affiliates also appear 20% of the time as the first advertiser on any Free SponsorBox subscriptions they generate, or 5% of the time as the second advertiser on any Free Sponsorbox subscriptions generated by sub-affiliates (until the subscription is upgraded to a paid version, in which case a commission is earned.) If signed up under a paid plan, affiliate members earn 25% commission on paid signups, upgrades, or renewals that they refer, and 5% commission from the paid signups, upgrades, and renewals of their sub-affiliates. Paid Plan affiliates also appear 25% of the time as the first advertiser on any Free SponsorBox subscriptions they generate, or 5% of the time as the second advertiser on any Free Sponsorbox subscriptions generated by sub-affiliates (until the subscription is upgraded to a paid version, in which case a commission is earned.) And last but not least... all affiliates, regardless of their plan, also earn a 5% commssion on any ad sales by their direct referrals as well. All commissions from direct referrals and sub-affiliate referrals, are for the "life" of the referral or sub-affiliate. As long as they keep renewing their subscriptions, YOU keep earning a commission.

What is the payment schedule?
	Checks are emailed out via Paypal the first day of the quarter following the signup date, renewal date, or ad earnings date from each un-cancelled subscription you've referred.

What's the method of payment?
	TATnetwork.com has partnered with PayPal as our payment processor. When it comes to ad sales, they accept any major credit card and even online checks. Advertisers are not obligated to open an account with them in order to buy ads. They also accept payments and transfer funds in most foreign currencies. They are the most efficient and flexible way to make payments to our affiliates. By us using PayPal, AFFILIATES decide how often to draw funds, AFFILIATES choose the currency, and AFFILIATES enjoy the convenience of online banking. Frankly, we don't know why more organizations don't use them.

What's a "2-tier" program"?
	A 2-tier program allows affiliates to make money directly by referring visitors who become paid subscribers AND from commissions earned by "sub-affiliates" also referred to our program. Affiliates' website advertisements will also appear in any Free Sponsorbox subscriptions generated by themselves or their sub-affiliates.

What is the cookie duration?
	All cookies are LIFETIME cookies. In other words, if an affiliate refers a potential subscriber, that potential subscriber receives a cookie that NEVER expires, so the original referring affiliate gets credit whenever the potential subscriber signs up or sells ad space.
