Warwick closes on 40.9 acres at Rocky Point
WARWICK – The city has completed its purchase of 40.9 shoreline acres at the former Rocky Point amusement park, said Mayor Scott Avedisian and Mark S. Hayward, the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Rhode Island district director. The closing came on the final day before half the city’s funding was to expire.
