Crawford retires from CVS; Ryan resumes chairmanship
Thomas M. Ryan, 55, has been named chairman of the board at CVS Caremark Corp. (NYSE: CVS), and will continue as president and CEO. He replaces Mac Crawford, 58, who today announced his retirement from the board and its chairmanship.
